Terms of Use for the RDAP Service

RDAP is a service used to obtain registrant data from the domain name registry. HostPro, as an officially accredited ICANN domain registrar, provides access to registration data through its own RDAP service.

All terms and conditions governing the use of our RDAP service are described here. Each user of the service automatically agrees to comply with these terms and conditions and gives their full consent to the collection and processing of data in accordance with our privacy policy.

Instructions for use

To use the RDAP data search, open the address bar in your browser and enter: https://rdap.hostpro.ua/domain/example

Replace example with the domain you want to search for. Searches are only possible for domains registered through HostPro.

Terms of Use

Everyone who uses our RDAP service agrees to the following:

1. The data is provided for informational purposes only. Data obtained from our RDAP service may only be used for informational purposes.
2. We do not guarantee the accuracy of the data. We make every effort to ensure that the information in the RDAP service is accurate, but in some cases, it may be inaccurate, incomplete, or missing. By using the service, you agree to this.
3. The data may only be used for lawful purposes. Actions taken with information obtained from our service must not violate applicable laws and legal requirements.
4. Mass automated data collection is prohibited. The use of automated tools for mass data collection via RDAP is prohibited. Only manual, individual requests for individual checks are permitted.
5. Reuse of data is prohibited. Any information from our RDAP service (regardless of its volume or completeness) may not be collected, copied, or distributed without our written permission.
6. The use of data for advertising purposes is prohibited. You are not permitted to use data from the service in advertising, marketing, or promotional materials.

As the owners of the RDAP service, we may collect and store your server requests in order to monitor compliance with these terms and conditions. In the event of a violation, we reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the service. Access may be blocked immediately, without prior notice.

Possibility of changes or additions to the terms

You understand and agree that we may change or add to these terms at any time at our discretion. To stay up to date with the current terms of service, you agree to review them periodically.

Violation of a rule that was added after you initially reviewed the terms does not exempt you from liability, even if you were unaware of its existence.
